Earthing and Insulation Diagnostics
- Evaluation of earthing electrode resistivity and verification of continuity across the individual earthing system, bonding system, mechanical equipment, steel structures, and all metallic components.
- Execution of insulation resistance tests for all wiring and cabling systems.
- Conducting Insulation Resistance and High Potential (Hipot) Tests or Dielectric Strength Tests for Bus Ducts & Electrical Panel Boards.
Power System Evaluations
- Performing both cold and live tests of the Small Power System.
- Execution of cold and live tests for all Electrical Panels, inclusive of Mechanical Equipment.
- Configuration of Protection Coordination for the comprehensive Power System.
- Analysis of the sequence of Power Generation System transitioning from normal Kahramaa supply to battery and UPS supply, and subsequently to Emergency Generator supply, and the reverse process.
Control and Operational Assessments
- Verification of control operations of the Lighting System.
- Sequence of operation checks for mechanical equipment integrated with Building Management System (BMS), Fire Alarm System, and Smoke Management System.
Monitoring and Alarm Systems Checks
- Assessment of Building Management System (BMS) control and monitoring signals.
- Verification of Fire Alarm & Detection System Cause & Effect Matrix.
